FAQ Lovely Melts

 

VEGAN FRIENDLY PRODUCTS 

We use 100% Pure Soy Wax when making our Wax Melts. They are Vegan friendly and none of our materials are tested on animals. As Vegetarians ourselves, we take this policy very seriously. 

 

DELIVERY 

Our processing time is 1 business day or same day dispatch if order is placed before 11.30am (Monday - Friday), unless otherwise stated on banner at top of website. We do not dispatch orders on weekends.

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped via Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked depending on which option you selected at the checkout stage (prices are stated at checkout).

Please note, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed as per Royal Mail terms and conditions. In case of delays with the shipping provider, we have to allow 10 - 16 working days for lost orders to reach our customer before we can process a claim. Thankfully this happens in very rare cases and will always do our best to get your order to you a soon as possible by investigating any issues, please just get in touch. 

 

QUALITY CONTROL

We use the highest quality oils then load our Vegan Friendly, 100% Soy Wax with the maximum premium fragrance that the wax can hold to ensure a highly scented, high quality product. As wax melt addicts ourselves, we understand the importance of quality wax melts and good scent throws! We test all batches before being released for sale and we only sell what we would be happy to purchase ourselves. 

 

ITEM WEIGHTS

Our Soy Wax Melts are Handmade and therefore may vary very slightly. Our Wax Heart Clamshell Bars are approximately 90 grams and our Wax Pot Shots are approximately 27 grams.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Buyer must contact us within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs and if items are not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  

Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalised items unless they are damaged or defective. Buyer must contact us within 14 days if this is the case.

We are CLP Compliant, as required by law. 

GDPR

Lovely Melts will not share your data with any third party, other than the delivery company that it is using at the time of your order. By placing your order, you consent to us doing this in order to fulfill your order. 

If you have signed up to receive newsletters or special offers, Lovely Melts will store your data electronically in an encrypted format to ensure that your data cannot be accessed, other than by the necessary staff member fulfilling email offers and updates. If you change your mind and want to opt out, you can choose to unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You may also email us and ask for your data to be removed from our files requesting the 'right to be forgotten'. 

Safeguarding measures are in place to protect your data at all times.

Please note that our Wax Melts may vary slightly in colour as these are handmade.
