VEGAN FRIENDLY PRODUCTS

We use 100% pure soy wax when making our wax melts. They are vegan friendly and none of our materials are tested on animals. As vegetarians ourselves, we take this policy very seriously.

DELIVERY

Our usual processing time is 1 business day, with same-day dispatch available Monday to Friday on orders placed before 4pm, unless otherwise stated on the banner at the top of the website.

We do not dispatch orders at weekends or on bank holidays.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services. The delivery option available to you will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as delays can occasionally happen once your parcel is with Royal Mail. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

We currently deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.

QUALITY CONTROL

We use high-quality fragrance oils and load our vegan friendly, 100% soy wax with a strong fragrance level to ensure a highly scented, high-quality product. As wax melt addicts ourselves, we understand the importance of quality wax melts and a good scent throw.

We test our products before they are released for sale and we only sell what we would be happy to purchase ourselves.

ITEM WEIGHTS

Our soy wax melts are handmade and therefore may vary very slightly. Our Wax Heart Clamshell Bars are approximately 90 grams and our Wax Pot Shots are approximately 28 grams.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Buyers must contact us within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalised items unless they are damaged or defective. Buyers must contact us within 14 days if this is the case.

Lovely Melts only uses your personal information to process your order, provide customer support, manage email marketing where you have subscribed, and improve your shopping experience.
