Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened where applicable, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or partially used wax melts, reed diffusers, refills or home fragrance products unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We also cannot accept returns for custom or personalised items unless they are damaged, defective or incorrect.

Return postage

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process and show the refund.
