Shipping Policy
At Lovely Melts, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and carefully so your items arrive safely.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 4pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays will usually be dispatched the next working day.
If Lovely Melts is closed for a holiday, annual leave or Christmas break, dispatch times may be extended. Any planned closure dates or last posting dates will be shown on the website where possible.
During busy periods, launches or seasonal peaks, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to send your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery options
Orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services. The delivery option available to you will be shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Free delivery
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £45. If your order qualifies, the free delivery option will be available at checkout.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to England, Scotland and Wales.
We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.
Delivery delays
Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Royal Mail may experience delays during busy periods, bank holidays, adverse weather or other service disruptions.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at hello@lovelymelts.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect delivery details
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Lovely Melts cannot be responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lovelymelts.co.uk. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.
Returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or non-collection, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. Additional postage costs may apply if the order needs to be resent.
